We start the new year with adding a great new feature: Phonebook. With this new feature you can quickly search for contacts from your CRM system and instantly initiale a phonecall or chat conversation with the found contact.
From any channel, you can click the ROGER app icon which shows you the options, in this case you select ‘search contact’:
Then the Phonebook appears and you can search a contact. You can search on name, company name and even phonenumber.
After finding a contact, you’ll see the address and available phonenumbers. By clicking on the number a phonecall from Teams wil be automatically initiated.
The feature is available in the business and enterprise subscription.
